Afro-Tech Girls has launched the 2026 edition of its annual STEM Scholarship Scheme. The initiative provides direct educational financial assistance and career mentorship to high-potential young Nigerian women pursuing undergraduate degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).

Scholarship Value & Provisions

• Direct financial education grant of ₦100,000 per beneficiary to offset tuition, course materials, and academic expenses.
• Dedicated access to the Afro-Tech Girls mentorship circle, connecting scholars with established female engineers, technologists, and industry scientists.
• Professional development workshops covering technical interviewing, career readiness, and digital portfolio construction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Female.
• Academic Enrolment: Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student in an accredited Nigerian public tertiary institution (University or Polytechnic).
• Academic Discipline: Enrolled in a recognized STEM department (Engineering, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, or allied technological fields).
• Academic Merit: Verifiable record of sound academic performance in continuous assessments and semester examination records.
• Commitment: Passion for advancing women in technical industries and willingness to participate in designated virtual mentorship sessions.
