Nexframe Opportunities (opportunities.nexframeai.io) is a Nexframe AI product. We collect as little as we can, use it only to run this site, and never sell it. Questions or requests: hello@nexframeai.io.
Browsing
You can browse without an account. We don't use advertising cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived security logs and may set security cookies to block bots and attacks.
Usage analytics
- We use Mixpanel to see which pages and features help people, for example how many open a listing, share it or start an application. This is shared across the Nexframe sites (Opportunities, Resume and Nexframe AI).
- It gets the name of the page you open (such as "listing" or "browse"), never the full web address, and actions such as sharing, voting or opening Nexframe Resume.
- When you confirm email alerts or a listing you posted, we link your activity to a coded ID made from your email. Mixpanel never receives your email, name, IP address, or anything you type, such as searches, reports or listing text.
- It uses one first-party cookie, shared by the Nexframe sites, holding a random ID so it can recognise the same browser. There's no session recording.
- If your browser sends "Do Not Track", your browser sends nothing to Mixpanel. Ad blockers usually block it too. Confirming alerts or a listing is still counted, by coded ID only.
Posting an opportunity
- We collect your name and email with the listing. They are never shown publicly; we use them to confirm the submission, tell you when it's live, and contact you about it.
- The listing itself (title, organisation, description, how to apply) is published once approved.
- Submissions not confirmed within 48 hours are deleted automatically.
Email alerts
- We store your email address, the categories you chose, how often you want emails, and when we last emailed you.
- Sign-ups not confirmed within 48 hours are deleted automatically.
- Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link and a link to change your settings.
- When you unsubscribe we keep your address marked as unsubscribed, so we never email you again by mistake. Ask us and we'll delete it completely.
Feedback and reports
- When you give a listing a thumbs up or down, your browser keeps a random ID so you can change your vote. We store that ID with the vote.
- When you report a listing, we store your reason and details, and your email only if you choose to give it.
- For both, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, only to stop spam. It can't be turned back into your IP address.
Who processes your data
- Cloudflare hosts the site and its database, and runs the "I'm human" check (Turnstile) on our forms.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- Mixpanel provides usage analytics across the Nexframe sites (see above). It never receives your email, name, IP address or anything you write.
Links to Nexframe Resume and Nexframe AI carry tags (such as utm_source=opportunities) that tell those sites where you came from. They contain no personal information.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and similar laws, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@nexframeai.io and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
