About the role
One Acre Fund is a nonprofit organisation that supports smallholder farmers in Africa. You will be an intern in the Expansion team, helping with logistics, recruitment, and administration.
What you'll do
- Prepare trip logistics for scouting rounds and field visits.
- Manage contracts, attendance sheets, and payment requests for temporary staff.
- Maintain daily security check-in logs during field trips.
- Post job ads, receive applications, and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule meetings, take notes, and circulate action items.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Office.
- Fluent in English and Amharic.
- Organised with attention to detail.
- Willing to travel to rural areas.
