Junior ITSM Technician Intern

About the role

One Acre Fund is a non-profit organisation that supports smallholder farmers in Africa. They are seeking a Junior ITSM Technician Intern to provide technical support and develop their ITSM skills. As an intern, you will work on high-impact projects and gain practical experience.

What you'll do

• Provide first-level IT support to users.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
• Manage service requests and escalate complex problems.
• Communicate with users to resolve simple issues.
• Log essential details in the system for future reference.

Requirements

• Basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL foundations and ITSM concepts.
• Understanding of organisational technology policy.
• Knowledge of service desk procedures.
