About the role
Segadty is seeking a skilled Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow its e-commerce presence across multiple platforms. As a Marketplace Specialist, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure profitability. You will be responsible for managing the company's accounts on various platforms.
What you'll do
- Manage and optimize product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor account health, resolve operational issues, and ensure policy compliance.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly targets.
- Analyze product performance, competitor pricing, and provide recommendations.
- Manage advertising campaigns and track return on ad spend.
- Coordinate with warehouses to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve customer issues.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab.
- Experience with Trendyol and other platforms is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and report preparation.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
