About the role
Ten Lifestyle Group, a global technology-enabled lifestyle services company, is seeking a motivated Product Intern to join their Cape Town team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will work closely with a Senior Product Manager to support the delivery and improvement of digital products. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in Product Management.
What you'll do
- Configure and set up new schemes, member profiles, and product features.
- Assist with testing new features and system updates.
- Support daily product team operations and documentation.
- Shadow a Senior Product Manager during key product ceremonies.
- Gather and analyse member feedback for product improvements.
- Assist with maintaining the product backlog and tracking metrics.
Requirements
- Strong interest in Product Management and digital products.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proactive attitude and good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Currently based in Cape Town, South Africa.
