Accounts Payable Analyst

About the role

Zipline is a global drone delivery service that provides access to essential goods. The Accounts Payable Analyst role in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, ensures accurate financial records for vendors and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Code invoices to correct general ledger accounts.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Route approval exceptions to finance approvers.
• Maintain organized financial documentation.
• Reconcile AP transactions and prepare close-ready schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Knowledge of OHADA, local GAAP, IFRS, and statutory deductions.
• Experience with Excel formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong numerical judgment and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and French.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience.
