• Review message history to avoid repetition
• Use member details to choose best message variation
• Handle high-volume conversations efficiently
• Read member conversations to build familiarity
• Follow messaging guidance with smart adjustments
• Escalate unusual or unclear situations

Requirements

• Excellent written English for casual US texting
• Knowledge of current social media and pop culture
• Upbeat and approachable energy in written communication
• Ability to handle high-volume conversations efficiently
• Strong memory for prior messages and context
• Reliable and organized with good judgment
