About the role
Dubizzle MENA is a leading online marketplace in the region, and they're looking for an Advertising Sales Manager to join their team in Cairo, Egypt. As an Advertising Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth from their Property Developer client base. You'll work closely with clients, media agencies, and your team to achieve sales goals and expand their advertiser base.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities with property developers.
- Build relationships with clients, media agencies, and decision-makers.
- Create media plans and proposals for clients.
- Manage campaigns and analyze performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of direct reports.
Requirements
- Marketing or Advertising qualification preferred.
- 6-8 years of digital media experience.
- 3+ years of sales experience with a publisher.
- Experience in Egypt's property sector.
- Team management experience.
- Digital advertising knowledge (SEM, PPC, etc.).
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
