About the role

As a People and Capability Partner, you'll design and execute strategies to drive employee growth and organisational effectiveness. You'll work with leaders to ensure performance processes are embedded and talent is developed.
What you'll do
- Lead performance management cycles, including goal setting and reviews.
- Provide coaching to leaders to build a performance-driven culture.
- Analyse performance data to inform workforce decisions.
- Design and deliver learning programs for business and capability needs.
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People & Capability or Talent Management.
- Experience leading performance management and development programs.
- Understanding of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and succession planning.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and storytelling ability with talent data.
