The Associate/Senior Associate role involves working on research projects, analyzing data, and presenting findings to partners.
What you'll do
- Prepare research plans and conduct statistical analysis
- Coordinate fieldwork and collect data
- Present work to partners, including governments and NGOs
- Contribute to communications outputs, such as articles and conference materials
- Support project teams and contribute to office life
Requirements
- Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in statistical software, such as Stata, SPSS, or R
- Up to 6 years of professional experience in an emerging country
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
