About the role

TORQCOMMODITIES is a global commodities supply chain and trading company. You will be the Chief Financial Officer for Nigeria, leading the financial direction of the business and providing senior financial leadership.

What you'll do

• Lead financial planning and strategy for Nigeria operations.
• Oversee statutory reporting and tax compliance.
• Manage cash flow and banking relationships.
• Provide commercial analysis for trading decisions.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial reporting.
• Drive IPO readiness for a Nigerian stock market listing.

Requirements

• Finance or accounting degree with a professional finance qualification.
• Senior finance leadership experience in trading or commodities.
• Experience with IPO readiness or public market listings.
• Strong background in financial strategy and treasury.
• Experience with financial controls and reporting.
• Knowledge of Nigerian statutory reporting and regulations.
