Gramian Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned Chemical Engineering expert to lead a team of trainers in creating realistic engineering tasks for advanced AI training and evaluation. This role involves overseeing a team, reviewing tasks for technical accuracy, and ensuring tasks reflect authentic chemical engineering workflows. The goal is to improve how AI systems solve complex engineering problems.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of 5-10 trainers to ensure quality and productivity.
• Review tasks for technical accuracy and reproducibility.
• Validate tasks involving reaction engineering and thermodynamics.
• Ensure tasks reflect realistic chemical engineering workflows.
• Verify mass and energy balances and numerical accuracy.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Chemical Engineering (PhD or equivalent).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Julia, C/C++, or MATLAB/Octave.
• Linux and command-line environments proficiency.
• Hands-on expertise in process modeling or reaction kinetics.
• Experience reviewing complex technical work and leading teams.
