About the role

Gramian Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned Civil or Structural Engineering Task Lead to oversee AI projects. You'll lead a team of trainers in creating realistic engineering tasks for AI training and evaluation. Your expertise will ensure tasks reflect authentic engineering workflows and require rigorous problem-solving.

What you'll do

• Review engineering tasks for accuracy and reliability.
• Validate tasks covering structural analysis and more.
• Ensure tasks require multi-step engineering reasoning.
• Verify technical correctness and validate models.
• Review automated graders and provide feedback.
• Mentor 5-10 trainers and track revisions.
• Establish quality standards and best practices.

Requirements

• PhD or equivalent in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, etc.
• Linux and command-line expertise.
• Hands-on experience in structural analysis or similar.
• Understanding of engineering principles and simulation workflows.
• Experience with engineering design standards.
• Strong analytical judgment and team leadership.
• Excellent written communication skills.
