Community Support Specialist

About the role

Nawy Real Estate, a leading real estate company, is seeking a dedicated Community Support Specialist to join their team in Maadi, Cairo Governorate, Egypt. As a Community Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for community members, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. You will be a proactive communicator, problem-solver, and brand ambassador who can foster strong relationships within the community.

What you'll do

• Respond to community inquiries through various channels.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide support.
• Maintain a positive community environment and address concerns.
• Assist customers with account issues and technical difficulties.
• Collect feedback and prepare reports on community engagement.
• Contribute to knowledge base creation and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of customer support or community management experience.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
• Strong numerical and Excel skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in social media, community tools, and CRM systems.
