Senior People Operations Specialist

About the role

Foodics is a leading restaurant management ecosystem and payment tech provider with offices in several countries, including Egypt. They are seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to manage employee experience and administrative excellence. This role is critical in ensuring seamless HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Manage employee lifecycle, including contracts and onboarding
• Administer payroll, benefits, and HRIS with accuracy and compliance
• Ensure legal compliance with local labour laws and regulations
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures
• Provide employee support and foster a culture of trust

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist role
• Experience with social insurance programs and labour office procedures
• HRIS and payroll software proficiency with strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of local labour laws and employment standards
