One Acre Fund is a nonprofit organisation that supports smallholder farmers in Africa. We are seeking a DRC People & Gender Senior Specialist to join our team in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy.
• Review HR policies to eliminate biases.
• Provide training on inclusive leadership and respectful workplace.
• Monitor diversity and gender representation.
• Source top talent and manage recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR procedures.
• Oversee performance management and development.
• Manage internal communication and employee experience.
• Handle grievance management and investigations.
