Gramian Consulting Group is a consultancy that helps companies build high-performing teams. They are looking for an expert in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering to lead a team of technical trainers developing tasks for advanced AI training and evaluation.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of 5-10 technical trainers.
• Review tasks for technical accuracy and reliability.
• Validate tasks involving high-performance computing and electrical engineering.
• Ensure tasks reflect realistic software and engineering workflows.
• Verify technical correctness and identify unreliable tests.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in languages like C/C++, Python, or HDL.
• Advanced Linux and command-line skills.
• Hands-on expertise in parallel computing or circuit simulation.
• Experience reviewing complex codebases and technical implementations.
