They are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in building and scaling reliable technology solutions for their lending and credit products. You will oversee engineering execution, technical direction, and team development.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
- Define technical solutions and priorities with stakeholders.
- Design and scale reliable backend services and systems.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and resilient.
- Set engineering standards and support engineers.
- Identify and address technical debt and system issues.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Significant backend development experience in Golang.
- 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
- Experience with distributed systems and scalable applications.
- Knowledge of system design, software architecture, and APIs.
- Experience in lending, credit, fintech, or finance.
