Overview

A prominent financial services and mortgage banking firm is engaging a high-caliber early-career professional to serve as Executive Assistant to the Head of Strategy. This position offers direct exposure to corporate planning, sector intelligence, executive governance, and business analytics, functioning as an operational engine for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation of management presentations, executive briefs, and strategic dashboards.
• Conduct primary industry research on mortgage lending, competitor activity, and housing finance regulations.
• Collate, clean, and analyze quantitative operational data to inform corporate decisions.
• Track strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-departmental action points, and prepare board materials.
• Coordinate high-priority meeting agendas, record detailed governance minutes, and monitor assigned action items.
• Safely manage proprietary company intelligence and board communications with absolute confidentiality.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Experience: 0–2 years of corporate experience; high-achieving fresh graduates with demonstrable analytical competence are welcomed.
• Technical Skills: Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel (analysis) and PowerPoint (executive slide design).
• Core Competencies: Sharp quantitative reasoning, polished business communication, intellectual curiosity, and self-directed execution.
