Field Auditor - Asaba

About the role

M-KOPA is a pan-African fintech that provides financial services to underserved communities. The organisation is seeking a Field Auditor to join their team in Nigeria, specifically in Asaba, Delta State. As a Field Auditor, you will conduct audits at various locations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Conduct field audits and review operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement and assess risks.
• Recommend corrective actions and follow up.
• Develop and deliver field audit plans on time.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in operations auditing or stock management.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with integrity.
