Field Marketing Officer - Thika/Central

About the role

M-KOPA is a company that focuses on digital and financial inclusion in Africa. They are expanding their Mobility division to provide electric motorbikes as a cost-effective and cleaner transportation solution. You will be a Field Marketing Officer, executing sales strategies and promoting electric motorbikes in Thika.

What you'll do

• Execute sales strategies for electric motorbikes
• Generate and convert leads through field visits and events
• Provide product demonstrations and guide customers
• Build relationships with customers and local communities
• Support marketing campaigns and collect market data
• Prepare regular sales reports

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience
• Experience in direct-to-consumer sales, preferably in automotive
• Proficient in Excel and mobile sales tools
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
