Their client, a growth marketing partner, is seeking a Finance Operations expert to manage their day-to-day financial health. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of their financial operations.

What you'll do

• Manage financial records in QuickBooks Online
• Handle payroll and contractor payments
• Oversee multi-currency accounts and conversions
• Generate invoices and manage Accounts Receivable
• Perform ad spend reconciliations and fee billing
• Produce monthly P&L statements and AR reports

Requirements

• Expert QuickBooks Online skills
• Agency or service-based business experience
• Multi-currency environment management
• Strong communication and collection skills
• Attention to detail and self-motivation
• Canadian payroll regulations knowledge
• Financial reporting and data visualization experience
