(Fluent English) L2 Backend Developer and Support Engineer (Remote)

What you'll do

• Handle technical issues via phone, chat, and email.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Resolve complex technical problems for customers.
• Investigate and fix escalated issues.
• Help customers provide diagnostic data.
• Work with support teams and developers to solve issues.
• Manage tasks and communicate internally.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
• 2+ years of backend software development experience.
• Skilled in Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Understanding of on-premise IT infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently.
