What you'll do

• Troubleshoot secure private access solutions for clients.
• Configure and troubleshoot multifactor authentication.
• Analyze network traffic for performance improvements.
• Advise on bandwidth allocation for VPN users.
• Investigate technical issues from log files.
• Provide technical guidance across operating systems.

Requirements

• Knowledge of networking concepts and IPsec tunnels.
• Understanding of VPNs and network infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of network protocols.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS.
