Graphic Designer

Overview

Fadac Resources is hiring a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join its team on-site in Lagos. The role is responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual communication assets across digital media, print, and corporate brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact visual content for social media channels, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Create branding materials, marketing collateral, brochures, and corporate presentations.
• Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints, adhering to typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional marketing and brand strategy teams to deliver creative assets within deadlines.
• Produce basic motion graphics, video edits, and animated media to elevate digital engagement where required.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of professional hands-on graphic design experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator); practical knowledge of CorelDRAW is an advantage.
• Creative Skills: Motion graphics, 2D animation, or video editing capability represents an added competitive advantage.
• Portfolio: Strong, verifiable portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design, digital layouts, and commercial art direction.
• Work Arrangement: Must be available and willing to work fully on-site in Lagos.
