About the role

Vertu Agent is seeking a Growth Operator to manage paid media campaigns and lead generation funnels. You will identify growth opportunities, execute experiments, and optimize conversion rates. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual.

What you'll do

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
• Develop and execute creative testing strategies.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvements.
• Optimize landing pages and lead capture forms.
• Monitor key performance metrics and generate reports.

Requirements

• Experience in Paid Media and Performance Marketing.
• Proven success in managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong experience with creative testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Understanding of key performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
