About the role

Alaro City Development FZC is a mixed-use city developer in Lagos, Nigeria. As a leading organisation in urban development, Alaro City aims to create sustainable living and working spaces. The Head of City Utilities will play a strategic role in establishing and executing the business model for city-scale utilities.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute business strategy for city utilities.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and policy development.
• Manage operations, maintenance, and personnel.
• Coordinate with construction and delivery teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in engineering or utility infrastructure.
• Experience in construction, operation, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of gas, sewage, and commercial utility sales.
• Project management and business analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
