Hospitalist Physician - Clinical Documentation & AI Evaluation

About the role

Gramian Consulting Group, a boutique consultancy specializing in IT professional services and engineering talent solutions, is seeking an experienced Hospitalist Physician. You will support the training and evaluation of AI systems focused on inpatient medicine and clinical documentation. Your expertise will help improve the accuracy and quality of AI-generated outputs.

What you'll do

• Review medical records and clinical notes for accuracy.
• Verify clinical claims against source medical records.
• Evaluate inpatient documentation for completeness and consistency.
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies in clinical information.
• Provide feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Document findings and communicate review outcomes.

Requirements

• Hold an MD or DO degree.
• Board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Recent inpatient or hospitalist clinical experience.
• Understand inpatient care and clinical documentation standards.
• Interpret clinical notes and medical record data accurately.
• Have strong written communication skills.
