Information Security and Systems Lead, (Associate) Director

About the role

IDinsight is a global nonprofit that uses data, evidence, and technology to improve lives. The Information Security and Systems Lead will drive the organisation's information security and enterprise systems initiatives. You will lead a team and advise the executive team.

What you'll do

• Develop and own the multi-year enterprise systems strategy.
• Lead implementation of new enterprise systems and architecture decisions.
• Manage external implementation partners and budgets.
• Champion system adoption and change management.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve operational effectiveness.
• Define and own the information security strategy and roadmap.
• Implement security controls and governance.
• Lead incident response and risk management.

Requirements

• Experience in running security and enterprise systems initiatives.
• Ability to be the senior technical voice in a global organisation.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with information security and data protection.
• Knowledge of GDPR and national data protection regimes.
