Nawy Real Estate is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to oversee AI solution implementation. You'll guide a team and develop AI solutions for production. Your expertise will help translate business needs into impactful AI solutions.
What you'll do
- Implement AI/ML projects from start to finish.
- Design AI system architectures and review data pipelines.
- Develop and deploy classical ML and GenAI solutions.
- Evaluate approaches for each problem based on accuracy and cost.
- Mentor AI engineers and review code and architecture.
- Ensure production AI systems are reliable and secure.
Requirements
- Computer Science or related field degree.
- 6+ years of AI, ML, or data science experience.
- 1+ year of team leadership experience.
- Proven track record of building ML models.
- Strong feature engineering and model validation skills.
- Experience with GenAI systems and LLMs.
- Python and ML framework expertise.
- MLOps and cloud platform experience.
