About the role

What you'll do
- Implement tailored educational strategies for students with diverse needs.
- Develop and maintain Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
- Modify lessons and resources for accessibility.
- Monitor student engagement and progress.
- Foster positive social interactions and communication skills.
- Stay updated on special needs education practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Education, Special Education, or related field.
- Experience as a Learning Support Assistant is desirable.
- Knowledge of learning disabilities and support techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Empathetic and patient with strong commitment to students.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
