About the role

Apex Network, a leader in the Web3 revolution, seeks a Legal & Compliance Manager to drive regulatory strategy across multiple continents. You'll architect the company's legal framework, ensuring compliance with global standards. This senior role requires technical expertise and agility in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Navigate regulations in Fintech and Web3 across Ghana, Kenya, Cameroon, Poland, and the Americas.
• Lead licensing applications for financial services in target jurisdictions.
• Design and manage AML/KYC/CFT policies and internal audits.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements and contracts.
• Liaise with regulators, financial units, and external counsel.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with relevant certification (CAMS or equivalent).
• 10 years of experience in legal/compliance, with 3-5 years in Fintech, Crypto, or Web3.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized finance.
• Experience managing compliance in at least two core regions (Africa, EU, or Americas).
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
