Jumia is a top African e-commerce platform improving everyday life through technology. We're seeking a Longtail Associate to drive growth among small-scale sellers.

What you'll do

• Lead new sellers to their first sales within 30 days.
• Oversee the long-tail segment with thousands of small sellers.
• Manage a team, setting KPIs for seller activation and retention.
• Promote Jumia growth tools among smaller vendors.
• Track seller success and churn rates using PowerBI.
• Improve self-service capabilities for long-tail sellers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of e-commerce or operations experience.
• Proven team management and high-volume operations skills.
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
• Analytical skills with Excel and PowerBI.
• Growth mindset with passion for small businesses.
• Excellent English communication skills.
