What you'll do

• Lead and develop team members through regular feedback and coaching.
• Manage resource allocation to achieve business targets and optimal deployment.
• Oversee client assignments, ensuring quality, profitability, and timely delivery.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities through client engagement and proposal development.
• Build strategic relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive growth.
• Provide technical oversight and quality review of assignments.
• Promote knowledge sharing and adoption of leading practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, management, or related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in strategy, operating model, or management consulting.
• Relevant professional certification in strategy or business transformation.
• Strong operating model design and organisation design skills.
• Experience with decision-rights and governance design.
• Analytical thinking and problem structuring abilities.
