They are seeking a Managing Consultant to join their People, Culture & Workforce Transformation unit. As a Managing Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the future of business transformation.

What you'll do

• Design capability frameworks and workforce strategies
• Lead change management and culture transformation programmes
• Conduct organisational readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement
• Translate business strategy into people initiatives and ensure alignment
• Analyse data to inform decision-making and develop recommendations
• Own project delivery and supervise consultants

Requirements

• 10-15 years' experience in management consulting or HR transformation
• Proven track record of delivering complex consulting workstreams
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Professional certification in CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, or Prosci required
• Project management certification an added advantage
