Gramian Consulting Group is a consultancy that specializes in IT and engineering talent solutions. They are seeking a Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering expert to lead a team of technical trainers in developing realistic engineering tasks for advanced AI training and evaluation.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor 5-10 technical trainers.
• Review tasks for engineering accuracy.
• Validate tasks involving FEA, CFD, and more.
• Ensure tasks reflect realistic engineering workflows.
• Verify engineering correctness and reproducibility.
• Review automated graders for meaningful outputs.

Requirements

• PhD or equivalent in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, etc.
• Linux and command-line expertise.
• Hands-on experience in FEA, CFD, or similar.
• Understanding of engineering simulation and validation.
• Experience reviewing technical work and leading teams.
• Excellent written communication skills.
