FairMoney is a mobile banking institution that provides financial services to underserved communities in emerging markets. As Operations Manager, you will lead the company's operational performance across Nigeria, driving growth, scalability, and customer experience.
What you'll do
- Oversee end-to-end operational performance across multiple teams.
- Provide strategic leadership for multi-functional operations.
- Manage operational KPIs, dashboards, and corrective-action plans.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into operating plans.
- Lead process transformation and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in operations or commercial management.
- Experience managing large, distributed operations.
- Proven P&L and budget management experience.
- Track record of scaling operations and building networks.
- Understanding of operational risk and compliance.
