About the role

Zipline is a global drone delivery service that provides access to essential goods. As a Partnerships Coordinator in Bayelsa, you will drive demand and supply generation, and manage stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Zipline's services into regional health systems.

What you'll do

• Serve as a liaison for health facilities, resolving issues and championing feedback.
• Analyze data, conduct visits, and deliver training to raise service utilization.
• Support growth plans to expand service adoption across your territory.
• Respond to facility concerns and propose new delivery drop-off points.
• Develop customer engagement plans to improve relationships with facility staff.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in partnerships or client-facing roles.
• Experience building stakeholder relationships in Nigeria.
• Knowledge of Nigerian healthcare systems and agencies.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and conversion skills.
• Experience working with local communities in health systems or development projects.
