About the role

BlackStone eIT is seeking a Program / Portfolio Manager to oversee multiple projects and lead a team of Project Managers. You will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your expertise will drive project governance and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor Project Managers to ensure accountability.
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee portfolio planning, resource allocation, and prioritization.
• Monitor project performance, risks, and budgets.
• Manage escalations and resolve critical delivery issues.

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple projects and leading Project Managers.
• Ability to deliver complex projects independently.
• Expertise in project governance, portfolio management, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across teams.
