• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Promote Keen's employer brand in the local market.
• Analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in BPO or similar sectors.
• Strong background in managing recruitment processes.
• Skilled in using recruitment software and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of South African labour laws.
• Data-driven and process-oriented mindset.
