M-KOPA is a pan-African fintech that provides asset financing and credit to underserved customers. You will oversee retail operations across Anambra as Regional Retail Operations Team Lead, managing stock, inventory, and shop assistants.
What you'll do
- Manage stock and inventory across multiple retail points.
- Oversee phone repairs, reverse logistics, and payment collections.
- Coach and train shop assistants on processes and systems.
- Develop retail strategies to support business objectives.
- Resolve operational issues and track shop assistant performance.
- Create and manage virtual depot operations.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
- Diploma or Degree in a related field like Customer Service or Inventory Management.
- Experience with inventory management and retail systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive growth.
