What you'll do
- Manage stock and inventory across multiple retail points.
- Support phone repair and reverse logistics.
- Track collection and payment performance.
- Coach and train shop assistants.
- Develop retail strategies and resolve operational issues.

Requirements
- 3 years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
- Diploma or Degree in a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of inventory management.
