About the role
CARMA is a global media intelligence leader that helps professionals monitor and measure media impact. They are seeking a Reporting Officer to join their team in Cairo, Egypt. As a Reporting Officer, you will handle client requests, produce analysis reports, and work with data to deliver accurate and timely reports.
What you'll do
- Handle client report requests and deliver on time
- Produce analysis and ad hoc reports using CARMA's AI tools
- Analyze data to generate accurate and well-structured reports
- Support fellow team members and share workload and knowledge
- Use AI tools to speed up report production
Requirements
- 1-3 years of data analysis or similar experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, or related field
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with AI tools
- Good written communication and time management skills
- Experience with BI or visualization tools is a plus
