One Acre Fund, a leading agricultural services provider, is seeking an experienced Audit Compliance Specialist to lead a team in Kigali, Rwanda. The role involves ensuring end-to-end audit compliance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing processes. You will drive operational excellence and maintain high data accuracy.

What you'll do

• Lead audit readiness and verify supporting documentation.
• Identify compliance gaps and redesign documentation workflows.
• Direct and coach a team of 3-5 to maintain quality control.
• Partner with internal teams to streamline data requests.
• Report audit progress to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 2-5 years of experience in audit management or financial compliance.
• Proven team leadership and workload balancing experience.
• Expertise in audit readiness and document verification.
• Strong process optimization and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda.
