Rwanda Master Data and Integration Specialist (Fixed-term)

About the role

One Acre Fund, a leading agricultural services provider, operates in Rwanda under the local brand Tubura. The organisation supports smallholder farmers and works closely with the government to improve food security. You will be part of a team of over 3,000 staff in Rwanda, driving seamless data flow between systems and optimising workflows.

What you'll do

• Manage data flow between Back Office Portal and SAP B1.
• Troubleshoot integration errors and optimise system workflows.
• Update vendor master records for accuracy and compliance.
• Translate complex data insights into actionable process improvements.
• Ensure processes are documented and data management best practices are established.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in data integration or systems analysis.
• Proficiency with SAP Business One (SAP B1) and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven track record in process optimisation and data error troubleshooting.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and fluency in English and Kinyarwanda.
