About the role

Moniepoint Group is a financial technology company that provides payment, banking, credit, and business management tools to businesses in Africa. As a Senior Content Designer, you will lead content design strategy and execution across a product area, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create clear, inclusive, and engaging product experiences.

What you'll do

• Develop end-to-end content design strategy and execution.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to embed content strategy.
• Create accessible and inclusive content.
• Design and prototype in Figma.
• Craft high-quality content for complex product flows.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
• Collaborate with teams to shape product direction.
• Drive content design style guides evolution.
• Support junior content designers.
• Lead alignment across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of content design experience.
• Strong design and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Figma and A/B testing.
• Knowledge of content design principles and product thinking.
• Exceptional product intuition.
• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills.
