Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Kuda Technologies Ltd, a fintech company, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support its credit product life cycle. You will work with the Decision Science team to analyze data and inform business decisions. Your goal will be to help redefine the future of finance in Africa.

What you'll do

• Analyze portfolio performance to identify trends and risks
• Review and refine credit policies and decision engines
• Build profit and loss forecasts for strategic decisions
• Conduct credit limit and affordability assessments
• Perform score cut-off analysis for approval and risk strategies
• Monitor and enhance collection strategies

Requirements

• Academic background in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• 5+ years' experience as a Quantitative Analyst or Data Analyst
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with Python, R, or similar statistical programming languages
• Understanding of statistical tests for A/B testing
• Experience with analytical reports and dashboards
