M-KOPA is a fast-growing fintech company in Africa. We're looking for a Senior People Partner to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. You'll help shape the people strategy for our Kenya business, working closely with leaders to make informed decisions.
What you'll do
- Partner with business leaders on workforce decisions
- Own employee relations for your client group
- Support organizational change initiatives
- Make people decisions tied to commercial outcomes
- Work with Kenyan employment law to resolve issues
Requirements
- 5-8 years of HR/People Partner experience
- Experience advising business leaders on workforce decisions
- Working knowledge of Kenyan employment law
- Experience with org design and workforce planning
