About the role

M-KOPA is a fast-growing fintech company that provides financial inclusion for traditionally excluded communities. You will join the People team as a Senior People Partner, leading the people agenda for the Product organisation and several global functions. Your role will directly impact the growth and talent development of the engineering team.

What you'll do

• Support team transformations and workforce planning
• Develop people management standards for managers
• Implement talent attraction and retention approaches
• Use people analytics to inform business decisions
• Manage employee relations cases across multiple markets
• Embed M-KOPA's culture and values

Requirements

• HR business partnering experience in a scaling fintech or high-growth business
• Experience with product, design, marketing, or analytics teams
• Ability to work with different teams and adapt to various situations
• Strategic and operational skills for planning and delivery
• Experience supporting cross-cultural teams across multiple regions
• Analytical and advisory skills for advising leaders
